Meat Trucks / Dough Troughs

Our meat trucks/dough troughs are fabricated from type 304 stainless steel, and are heliarc-welded (no solder) and ground smooth. All trucks have well-rounded corners for ease of cleaning. The undercarriages on all of these trucks have been designed so that with maximum loading, the trucks will remain rigid and not distort. All trucks have smooth flanged tops. Drains are available upon request for an additional charge.

Table-High Trucks Table-high trucks, available only in 350 lb. size, are 16 gauge stainless steel and have four 5" swivel casters.

350 lb. Trucks 350 lb. trucks are 16 gauge stainless steel with 4" swivel casters.

500 lb. Trucks 500 lb. trucks are 16 gauge stainless steel with two 5" center wheels and one 4" swivel caster on each end.

600 lb. Trucks 600 lb. trucks are 16 gauge stainless steel with two 8" center wheels and one 4" swivel caster on each end.

800 lb. Trucks 800 lb. trucks are 14 gauge stainless steel with two 12" rubber mold-on wheels with roller bearings in the center and one 5" swivel caster on each end.

1000 lb. Trucks 1000 lb. trucks are 14 gauge stainless steel with two 12" rubber mold-on wheels with roller bearings in the center and one 5" swivel caster on each end.

1800 lb. Trucks 1800 lb. trucks are 14 gauge stainless steel with two 12" rubber mold-on wheels with roller bearings on one end and have two 8" swivel casters on the other end.
